Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Operations Manager to support the delivery of events across our venues. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution, from setup to pack down.

About the Role:

  • Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple event spaces
  • Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, equipment, suppliers, and venue set-ups and pack downs
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery
  • Oversee event set-up, pack-down, and on-the-day operations to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements during events
  • Manage rostering and support in supervising casual and event staff during operations
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, reports, post-event evaluations, and stocktakes
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and operational processes
