Job Title: Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our small team based in Brisbane.

About the Role

You will be based in a state-of-the-art production and post-production space, working on productions of various sizes for industry-leading agencies. You will be responsible for editing content, television commercials, and internal reels using high-level craft skills to deliver creative content for clients and agency partners.

  • Ingesting footage, editing, exporting to spec, adapting global content, and working with senior production teams.
  • Working on a mixture of big brand ads and smaller content pieces, collaborating with producers, agency creatives, and at times directly with clients.
  • Taking creative briefs and creating engaging work that exceeds creative and client expectations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and clients, using strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a positive disposition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years commercial editing experience at a Post House, Production Company, or Advertising Agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.
  • A strong reel showcasing storytelling ability and technical skill.
  • Experience exporting deliverables and QC'ing.
  • A good all-rounder with a positive attitude and a hunger to tackle jobs.
  • Calm and responsive with agency/client feedback and open to solutions.
  • Great if you have experience or interest in Gen AI.
  • Bonus if you have high-end camera operating skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in the office.
  • Drivers license.
