Position Overview
Our Property & Infrastructure division in Adelaide is dedicated to providing a full spectrum of town planning services to both private and public entities. Our team has been instrumental in major planning initiatives at strategic, policy, and development application levels, currently engaging in several significant projects across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Town Planner to enhance our Adelaide office. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to advance their career within a successful and largely independent team. A key aspect of this position involves supporting clients and internal stakeholders with the updated planning framework and offering specialized, professional guidance for the advancement of development applications, code modifications, and strategic planning endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
This dynamic role demands well-honed technical abilities and experience, paired with a strong commitment to project delivery and customer service. Business development will be a significant expectation, and the successful candidate should possess the necessary acumen and enthusiasm in this area.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Urban and Regional Planning; preference for honors qualifications
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in town planning
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering development applications, strategic and policy planning, social infrastructure analysis, and community engagement
  • Strong research, analytical, and report writing capabilities are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Membership or eligibility for full membership in the Planning Institute of Australia
