We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our assets and infrastructure strategy.
This role requires a seasoned executive with expertise in asset management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive asset management plan to ensure optimal performance and longevity of our assets.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for improving infrastructure efficiency, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovative project delivery, sustainable design, and operational excellence.
- A proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in asset management or infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or urban planning.
