About Our OSHC Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring educator to join our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Avondale Heights.

Job Description
  • Create safe, supportive environments where children feel confident and inspired to explore.
  • Plan and run engaging experiences that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a true sense of community.
  • Champion each child's health, development, and overall wellbeing every day.
  • Work together with your team to deliver programs shaped by children's voices and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a sense of belonging and community.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
  • Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying).
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these).
