Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Architect to partner with our Security, Enterprise Technology and Workforce Identity (SETI) function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, employee-facing technology platforms, and other areas.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies and networking technologies. They will also have experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD & FinOps practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The role requires the ability to balance technical expertise, strategic thinking, design skills, and influence to drive innovation and excellence in our product and service offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate it into the broader business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, employee-facing technology platforms, and other areas.
  • Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate it into the broader business strategy.
  • Ensure the architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  • Guide the selection of technologies and the design of solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies and networking technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD & FinOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
