Senior Analyst, Operational Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to the management of technology and data risks. As a key member of our operational risk team, you will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of APRA's risk management frameworks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technology and data risks, and develop strategies to promote good risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of APRA's risk management frameworks;
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify technology and data risks;
  • Evaluate existing controls to mitigate technology and data risks;
  • Communicate risk information to stakeholders;
  • Support the development of risk mitigation strategies;
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management concepts and practices;
  • Ability to communicate complex risk information to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
