Childcare Leader Position

This leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing and implementing engaging programs for primary-aged children. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a safe and welcoming environment for kids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and serve healthy snacks, ensuring compliance with nutritional guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
  • Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
