Job Title:

Project Coordinator and Scheduler

The Program Manager is looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Scheduler to assist with the establishment, management, and maintenance of accurate integrated master schedules.

This role requires strong project scheduling skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with each project team, ensure lead times, processes, and dependencies are considered and managed effectively within the integrated master schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage valid and accurate Integrated Master Schedules while ensuring best practice scheduling.
  • Provide options to mitigate delivery date impacts.
  • Manage dependency and scheduling issues that may impact the programs' ability to complete the critical pathway.
  • Generate performance indicators on the effectiveness of the program in meeting planned commitments.
  • Produce weekly status updates and monthly reports and charts on the programs progress and performance against the integrated schedule.
  • Develop, document, and implement project scheduling processes and records management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the RAID log and conduct schedule risk analysis for the program.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and drive cross-team collaboration to support planning and scheduling activities.
  • Facilitate planning workshops to assist with the assessment of implementation timelines and interdependencies.
