Job Title:

Customer Service Officer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our finance team as a Credit Officer on a fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process journals to resolve banking and receipting issues.
  • Conduct debt collection and credit control activities to ensure prompt payment from customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in dealing with customer complaints and queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
