Crm Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

  • Taking ownership of the CRM roadmap, working closely with the Marketing team to drive the Loyalty Program and repeat engagement.
  • Developing targeted initiatives, analyzing customer data, and managing customer journeys to enhance the online digital experience.

This role requires a passion for customer engagement, experience with managing Customer Data platforms, and strong segmentation skills.

The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset, be able to present insights to Senior Leadership, and have experience with A/B Testing.
