Job Title: Mortgage Solutions Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mortgage Solutions Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregators, supporting our Relationship Managers and Business Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Manila Relationship Management team to triage broker queues and ensure timely, effective support
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range including Residential, Commercial, SMSF, Construction, Alt Doc, and Personal Loans
  • Respond to complex scenarios via email, offering clear, customized guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence
  • Maintain high-quality service while consistently meeting SLA response times
  • Use Pepper Money's tools and systems to generate detailed scenario quotes that support informed broker decision-making
  • Accurately capture broker interactions in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across the team
  • Apply creative, outside-the-box thinking to help brokers structure deals that align with our credit appetite
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
  • A solid understanding of the lending space, gained through experience in financial services or mortgages
  • Transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships and deliver great service
  • A good grasp of credit, enabling you to educate brokers effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills, with a solutions-focused approach
