Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee our civil drafting team in South Brisbane.

  • Manage the design and documentation of major infrastructure projects using AutoCAD.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of draftspersons to ensure high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of civil drafters and manage project resourcing and quality of outputs and client deliverables.
  • Deliver Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects with expertise and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training curriculums to support CAD technologies and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience leading a team of civil drafters and managing project quality and client deliverables.
  • Good understanding of Common Data Environments such as ACC and ProjectWise.
