Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions across complex enterprise environments.

  • Designing and implementing network infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Ensuring network security and integrity by implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and upgrades.
  • Maintaining documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise networking, with a strong hands-on experience with Aruba Networks technologies (switching, wireless, ClearPass, AirWave). A strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, etc.) is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting Aruba-based network infrastructure across enterprise environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Aruba switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
