Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Operations Manager.
This key leadership role is responsible for leading and supporting activities in successful project delivery, business development, cross-team collaboration, and motivating and supporting staff to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate will have confidence and experience in professional services and will be able to:
- Develop and facilitate relationships between internal and external clients and team members.
- Build rapport quickly with other technical discipline leads and managers and their teams.
- Sustain a positive working culture and contribute to the overall well-being of staff.
- Lead by example on company purpose, core values, and vision.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Engineering, Planning, or Science, or relevant experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in managing a large office with multi-discipline staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and lead by example.
- A strong track record in building, nurturing, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
