About This Opportunity

We seek an experienced leader to head our technical services department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, APAC, this individual will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical solutions that support our growth plans.

This position is critical to our success and requires someone with a proven track record of leading technical presales or solutions engineering teams in a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable and efficient technical services that enable business growth.

  • Create and improve internal processes and policies related to technical services delivery.
  • Mentor team members to build capability and drive professional growth.
  • Apply a structured and consistent presales methodology across all products.
  • Oversee and enable presales support to business development managers.
  • Guide the team in delivering tailored software demonstrations and sales proposals.
What You'll Need To Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Senior experience in operational or presales leadership roles within a software or technology business.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates through presales engagements.
  • Commercial understanding of product market segments and relevant sales methods.
