About the Opportunity

  • Prepare comprehensive valuations, independent expert reports, and expert witness reports for M&A, tax, financial reporting, or family law purposes.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and leadership teams, establishing trust as a key advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain accurate financial models and analyses.
  2. Prepare and present complex financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis on various financial topics.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of corporate finance or valuation expertise.
  • Strong analytical and report writing abilities.
  • An interest in capital markets and a passion for learning corporate finance principles.
