Civil Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our civil contracting projects.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex projects across various sectors, including building construction, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, and environmental.
Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, management of site teams, quality assurance, cost and time management, preparation of progress reports, resolving site issues, liaising with key clients and stakeholders, coordinating internal and external resources, business development, recruitment and mentoring of teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar, 7-15+ years' experience on civil construction projects, project management qualifications, proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach, ability to lead and delegate, effective problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, high level of organisation and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Types of projects include demolition, excavation, cut and fill, retention, piling, foundations, ground improvement, soft and hard landscaping, site remediation and rehabilitation.
