Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.

This role involves:

  • Tendering and planning for construction activities
  • Scheduling and coordinating project teams
  • Ensuring quality, cost, and time management
  • Preparing detailed project reports
  • Addressing site issues promptly
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing resources internally and externally

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Significant experience in managing civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $40m+
  • Project management certifications would be advantageous
  • A proven understanding of the construction industry and a hands-on approach
  • The ability to effectively lead and delegate tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution and client expectation management
  • High organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
