Community Sales Ambassador

As a sales consultant, you will connect our products and services with your local community. You will take ownership of the customer experience, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels.
This role includes a flexible rotating roster working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work.
You will solve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do.

- You're a multitasker who confidently supports customers across messaging, face-to-face, and phone channels.

- You're diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring every interaction is accurate, every product or service is the right fit, and your customers' privacy is always protected.
