Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our retail team as a customer service representative. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to our customers.

About the Role

This is a part-time role that requires flexibility and availability during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your ability to multitask, think on your feet, and provide excellent customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to advise customers on our latest collections and trends.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing stock in the correct spaces.
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards.
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
Requirements
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You have a natural ability to see opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • You are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
