Leadership Role in Retail Facilities Management

This is a critical leadership position within our retail facilities management team, responsible for the operational and risk management of multiple shopping centres. The successful candidate will be an experienced and commercially astute individual with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The role involves ensuring all legislative requirements are met through proactive building compliance management, managing key relationships with tenants and service providers to drive business growth and improvement, contributing to investment plans and controlling costs and expenditure to achieve optimum investment returns, and developing and implementing sustainable practices and improvements in centre operations to add value.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Ensure all legislative requirements are met through proactive building compliance management
  2. Manage key relationships with tenants and service providers to drive business growth and improvement
  3. Contribute to investment plans and control costs and expenditure to achieve optimum investment returns
  4. Develop and implement sustainable practices and improvements in centre operations to add value
Requirements
  • Proven experience in similar roles, with knowledge of shopping centre operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including ability to handle complex financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems
