
Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Quality Development Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for training and developing new hires, ensuring quality, monitoring and reporting performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Train & Develop: Create and deliver tailored training plans for new hires, mentoring them to success and helping them master skills like reverse marketing.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct audits and develop operational documents to ensure our services meet industry and contractual standards.
- Monitor & Report: Analyse team performance against KPIs, providing clear reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate & Engage: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders—including employers, community partners, and program participants—to build strong relationships and ensure smooth program delivery.
