Opus Talent Solutions is a dynamic and ambitious recruitment company seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Sydney team.

About the Role

  • As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for leading the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates to managing the offer process.
  • You will be responsible for headhunting to identify and attract outstanding candidates, using a variety of sources including in-house databases, social media, and advertising.
  • You will build long-lasting client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
  • You will meet clients, understand their business needs, and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • You will research and fully immerse yourself in creating your own business.
  • You will stay up to date with changes in your market and industry, attending events on behalf of Opus.
