Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial services to our clients, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing service delivery, and proactively engaging with clients to improve retention and renewal outcomes.

You will also oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our services, and guide customers through training, communications, and change management to set them up for long-term success.

In addition, you will be accountable for overall account health, working with your team to ensure that service quality standards are met, and act as an escalation point for major customer issues, coordinating with Managers and Experts to resolve challenges.

You will lead a structured and regular meeting cadence with customers to provide insights and advice that supports the customers to achieve their business goals and objectives, utilizing financial data to help customers improve operations and drive business performance.

You will also ensure strong adoption and engagement with our Insights product, helping customers extract value from financial insights, and lead and mentor a cross-functional team aligned to your customer portfolio.

Requirements
  • A CA-qualified accountant with experience in client relationship management and a desire to deepen your expertise in this area.
  • A strong ability to build trusted relationships and advocate for customer needs.
  • An ability to see the bigger picture and advise customers on financial back-office efficiencies.
  • A drive to deliver positive customer outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and taking ownership of solutions.
