Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support children's communication and developmental needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children
- Conduct assessments and administer standardized tests to identify children's strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide regular progress reports and feedback to families and other stakeholders
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field
- Australian recognized tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children
- Experience in administering and scoring a range of assessments
- Experience in report writing and providing feedback to families
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient using Microsoft Office package and online databases
- Meticulous time management and organisation skills
- Current drivers' license and use of a comprehensively insured, registered motor vehicle
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain
- A Medicare Provider number or willing to obtain
