Customer Service Representative
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding parts inquiries
- Locate Cat parts for customers and technicians
- Action outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns
- Ensure company accounts receivable processes are adhered to in relation to parts sales transactions
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and background in earthmoving and/or automotive is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Experience working on different kinds of systems/databases
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
