Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to lead our NSW operations, driving strategic growth initiatives and managing distributor and customer relationships.
The successful candidate will have strong ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships, exceptional listening skills, deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, proficiency in MS Office and business software, and strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information.
- Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region
- Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers
- Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region
- Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers
- Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction
- Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users
Key Qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships
- Exceptional listening skills
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software
