This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking progression and development who wants to be site-based on a complex project in Western Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement Integrated Technical Procedures (ITPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with programming and design coordination, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor project quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure excellence.
  • Ensure compliance is met and maintained throughout the project, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and liaise with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports, ensuring a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed a Construction Management or Engineering degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in Australia for a head contractor, with a strong understanding of commercial building projects.
  • Experience on government or commercial projects is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to read plans and work to the project program.
