The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of the deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with target company management teams and founders.
  • Developing strategic investment theses.
  • Conducting thorough research and assessments of domestic and global markets.
  • Coordinating with GS domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors, and banks.
  • Presenting at investment committee meetings.
  • Participating in deal structuring and investment documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with management teams and partners.
  • Managing portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects, including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting.
