Job Overview

The position of Account Manager is open at our company, based in Kalgoorlie or Perth. This role involves key client account management and contributing to business success through the development of new opportunities and retention of existing ones.

About the Role
  • Maintain high-quality client relationships and provide exceptional client service throughout the end-to-end policy/claims lifecycle.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss uninsured risks and handle enquiries accurately.
  • Assist in developing new business and coordinating processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
  • Prepare for renewals by gathering claims information and other relevant data.

This opportunity requires a solid level of experience in the insurance industry, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative to ensure efficient running and growth of the portfolio.

Requirements
  • Qualifications such as Tier 1/2 are required, with a Diploma in Insurance Broking being desirable.
  • A strong thirst for continual improvement and a desire to learn are essential.
  • Motivation to contribute directly to achievement of KPIs impacting client retention, revenue and client satisfaction is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience as a team player who can take initiative to ensure efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
