Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Radiology Support Team. As a key member of this team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and strive towards excellence in everything you do.
  • Support practices with appointment bookings, patient support, and other administrative duties.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to radiologists, including proof reading, reviewing, auditing, and editing typed reports.
  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders, including connecting radiologists with referring doctors.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative where required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • A proactive approach and good work ethic.
  • Experience using medical software, particularly radiology information systems (RIS), is desirable.
  • Previous experience using Comrad or PACS is also desirable.
