About the Property Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned property management professional to join our team in Hills, Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property administration, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of organisation.

  • Assist Senior Property Manager with the management of 280 properties, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Optimise existing digital processes to streamline administration and accounts, thereby enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
  • Coordinate renewal of property insurances, rates, and bills in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance as needed, prioritising tasks to minimise downtime and maximise asset value.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ingoings/outgoings inspections, including finalising bonds, to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with tenants and landlords to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Coordinate open homes and lease preparations, presenting properties in their best light and attracting suitable tenants.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A roadworthy vehicle and current driver's licence, facilitating site visits and other work-related activities.
