Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of professionals remotely.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have:
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations management or a senior leadership capacity.
- Experience managing direct reports with a focus on coaching and development.
- Exposure to finance, legal, IT or multi-unit operational environments (highly advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously while thriving in a collaborative culture.
