About the Role

Service Stream is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Field Auditor to join our Telecommunications team in Brisbane. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Field Supervisor in day-to-day operational activities and ensuring overall Regional Quality performance, Compliance, and continual improvement of programs, processes, and operations within the NBN Unify Services contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management Plan to ensure project compliance with AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008 and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Support the regional delivery team in embedding product quality assurance processes and systems within the operating environment.
  • Provide product quality reporting and trend analysis to the Quality Project Lead.
  • Support field team with the closeout of all non-conformance issues with the regional delivery team.
  • Ensure field Quality assurance activities are conducted in accordance with the audit schedule.

About You

We are seeking an individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience in Telecommunications Field-based work, specifically in NBN Telecommunications FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, and basic civils. You will also possess intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, you will have a Construction Industry White Card, Provide First Aid Certificate, Workzone Traffic Management certification, and NBN Enable Accepted Accreditation.
