Field Auditor

Service Stream is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual to fill the role of Field Auditor in our Telecommunications team based in Brisbane. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Field Supervisor in the day-to-day operational activities and ensuring overall Regional Quality performance, Compliance, and the continual improvement of programs, processes, and operations within the NBN Unify Services contract. Your key objectives will include implementing and maintaining the Quality Management Plan, ensuring project compliance to AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008, and relevant legislative requirements. You will also support the regional delivery team in embedding product quality assurance processes and systems within the operating environment, provide product quality reporting and trend analysis to the Quality Project Lead, and ensure field Quality assurance activities are conducted in accordance with the audit schedule. This role requires strong knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, specifically in NBN Telecommunications FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, and basic civils, as well as intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office. You will also possess a Construction Industry White Card, Provide First Aid Certificate, and Workzone Traffic Management certification. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Field-based roles and 3 years of experience in NBN Telecommunications FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, and basic civils. You will be responsible for coaching and developing others, creating training material, and delivering courses to ensure the Field Auditor is aligned with Service Stream product quality auditing processes. The Field Auditor will be focused on continual improvement of product quality reporting and outcomes, and will work closely with the Senior Field Supervisor to achieve this goal. This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Brisbane, with a reporting line to the Senior Field Supervisor.
