We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and integrating computing infrastructure within manufacturing and industrial control systems.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in software, hardware, and associated networks. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and integrate computing infrastructure within manufacturing and industrial control systems
  • Design and deliver IT and OT networking and security technical solutions that meet project requirements
  • Identify and mitigate technical risk, escalating high risk items to management
  • Manage and promptly resolve IT/OT issues
  • Plan and manage quality of OT and IT networking and security technical deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including virtual environments
  • Hands-on experience with VMWare virtual infrastructure
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with OT monitoring applications such as Solarwinds and Claroty
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, including PLC and DCS
  • Industry experience in Oil and Gas is highly desirable
