Key Skills for a Cloud Operations Engineer

We're looking for a talented individual to play a critical role in ensuring our cloud-native applications and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure.

  • Create and maintain high-performance application infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Design and manage Kubernetes clusters using tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
  • Write production-grade code in modern languages like Golang, TypeScript, or Kotlin
  • Apply CloudOps and SRE fundamentals to real-world systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in distributed systems
  • Perform Linux system administration, including performance analysis and automation with shell tools
Required Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in software engineering, with experience writing maintainable code. You should also be comfortable working in Linux-based environments and have hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

  • Experience with core CloudOps/SRE concepts and applying them in practice
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting distributed systems
