Job Title: High-Performance Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

This key role requires a seasoned expert in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions. As the lead engineer, you will oversee the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, technical expertise in infrastructure design and management, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with software engineers on system integration and deployment
  • Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members on infrastructure best practices
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools and scripting
  • Implement and manage containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Ansible) platforms
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure performance
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure design and management, with strong expertise in Linux environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring Linux engineers
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), including Azure Container Registry (ACR)
  • Strong background in virtualization and containerization (VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java, or Go)
  • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, system lifecycle management, and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with middleware integration (SOAP, REST, JMS, Kafka) and frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or DevOps
