Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They will also be responsible for monitoring hardware and software systems, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring high availability of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for cloud infrastructure components, including virtualization platforms and storage systems
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure high availability of our services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve cloud infrastructure efficiency and scalability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms and storage systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
