We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to develop and manage a high-performing team, driving excellence in learn-to-swim lessons, customer service, and facility maintenance.

Key Requirements:

  • Be flexible with attendance across all shifts, including weekend and evening work
  • Spend time on pool deck and in the pool for the learn-to-swim program
  • Provide high-quality learn-to-swim lessons to the local community
