About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of existing customers and new accounts, identifying business opportunities, and providing customized solutions to meet their needs. They will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including site managers, project managers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and new accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide customized solutions to meet the needs of customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Adaptable and driven with a strong work ethic
