Executive Chef Position

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in the culinary operations of our hotel, overseeing the preparation and presentation of exquisite dishes. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team of chefs and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality by implementing robust systems and procedures.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working order to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead by example and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding results, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that align with the hotel's brand and narrative.
  • Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and high-quality food standards across all outlets.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Substantial experience as a Senior Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards while adhering to deadlines.
