The Central Club Hotel is a traditional corner pub offering great food, great booze and great customer service.
Having lead our reopening program following an extensive renovation and leading the team for 2 years of excellent service, our Head Chef is off to further his skills in fine dining.
We need you to fill those boots.
The venue consists of the Public Bar, Dining Room and Basement cocktail bar as well as hosting guests in our multi levelled hotel accommodation.
The team is passionate about great food, wine and customer service.
We make the effort to support local suppliers and producers and our venue is built with sustainability in mind.

The role:
Build and lead a strong kitchen team
Day to day operation of our food offering with the support of the General Manager
Building relationships with regular and local clientele
Training, and development of your team
Managing kitchen KPIs to achieve a profitable operation while providing high level of service
About you:
Experience as a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef looking for your next challenge.
Experience leading a kitchen in a similar stye venue a huge advantage.
A working knowledge of the business of running a kitchen - COGS, Staff Costs, Menu Engineering etc
You love hospitality and enjoy a fast paced environment
Passionate about fresh produce, and an interest in developing a modern menu incorporating pub classics
Creative and excited about new ideas
Hands on and lead by example
Generous with your time and knowledge to train your team
Someone who thrives in a busy environment which provides multiple services
