This entry-level WHSE & Office Admin Support role is designed for individuals who want to gain experience in workplace health and safety, administration, and general office support.

Key Tasks

  • Maintenance of accurate records for vehicles, electronics, fire safety equipment, first aid kits, and uniforms in our Work Health and Safety System Software.
  • Coordination of safety inductions, updating of WHSE system registers, and assistance with office equipment, uniforms, and medical bookings for employees.
  • Aarrangement and coordination of maintenance and testing of safety equipment, ensuring compliance and proper tagging.
  • Management of vehicle inspections, servicing, insurance claims, infringements, and accessories.
  • Organization of company events such as Movember, RU OK Day, and Christmas Parties.
  • General administrative support as needed.
