Process Worker Day Shift Job

We are seeking a skilled Process Worker to fill this role at our Sydney facility.

  • This position involves liaising with the production manager as necessary, operating machinery, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping around machines.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience within a factory environment, good communication skills, and an understanding of numeracy. They will also be able to work well within a small team, pay close attention to detail, and have Mandarin speaking abilities or a forklift license as an advantage.

This is an 8 hour shift in a noise environment, but earplugs and safety glasses will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with production manager as necessary
  • Operate machinery, including putting plastic containers into grinders
  • Report all safety issues to Quality control
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping around machines
  • Complete relevant paperwork as required
Requirements:
  • Prior experience within a factory environment
  • Good communication skills and understanding of numeracy
  • Able to work well within a small team
  • Attention to detail
  • Mandarin speaking is an advantage
  • Forklift licence is an advantage (training provided)
Working Conditions:

8 hour shift in a noise environment (earplugs and safety glasses provided)
