Job Title: Factory Operative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual labor tasks within a fast-paced factory environment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  1. Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
  2. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  3. Basic knowledge of English language and numeracy skills
  4. Reliable transportation to and from work
  5. Double vaccination status
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work on an 8-hour shift, with varying start times including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for any schedule changes.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $34.03 to $38.27 per hour, depending on the shift worked. Ongoing long-term shifts are available.
