We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Administration professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and administration to work with a boutique brand.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic company marketing plans
  • Manage and maintain all company materials, including photos, copy, floorplans, and campaign track uploads
  • Book sales campaigns, such as advertising space and signage
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all branded collateral, including staff photos, business cards, and promotions
  • Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to execute sale campaigns
  • Maintain the company's website and ensure it remains up-to-date
  • Work closely with a social media contractor to develop and implement online marketing strategies
  • Manage the company blog and website content
  • Attend photoshoots and auctions as required

**Requirements:**

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A passion for marketing and administration, with a willingness to go above and beyond in your role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications or licenses
