Visual Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced visual merchandiser to join our team in Melbourne. As a visual merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that showcase our products in a compelling and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute visually appealing store displays that meet company standards.
  • Merchandise product ranges in-store at major supermarket chains within assigned areas.
  • Create point of sale displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Check stock levels for stores, liaise with store managers to ensure timely restocking.
  • Bring stock onto shop floors from loading docks, unpack, and display (lifting up to 10kgs).
  • Clean display areas and check stock quality to maintain high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to store managers and area managers.
Requirements:
  • Hold a reliable car and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Able to work early mornings (6:30am) and flexible hours as required.
  • Prior retail or merchandising experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Be well-presented, creative, and physically fit with the ability to work unsupervised.
