Job Opportunity

As a visualisation specialist, you will work with the composition and layout of images and text for various media formats. This can include artwork for magazines, websites, brochures, flyers, books, catalogues, posters, digital platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

The role involves taking concepts from the design team and external agencies and executing them in a manner that aligns to the original vision. You will work closely with our creative, design, product, and marketing teams to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life.

You will be responsible for typesetting, basic image editing, file preparation, and dispatch. Additionally, you will take and question briefs effectively from the marketing and digital team.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality visual content across various channels, revising elements of creative to respond to market learnings and evolving context.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of producing high volumes of visual content for a variety of businesses
  • Exposure to agile working methods
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • An analytical approach and a strategic mindset with demonstrated success in supporting strategic content initiatives and driving business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to communicate and influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, analytical, and decision-making skills, and the ability to solve problems and overcome hurdles
  • Solid digital experience with a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create, develop, and manage cooperative partnerships with agencies and suppliers
  • Highly creative professionals with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of photography and image editing is highly desirable
Requirements Summary

A minimum of 3 years' commercial experience as a visualisation specialist and mid-weight image editing skills.
